By booking a service with KC Cusco Tours, you agree to be bound by these terms. Payment of a deposit is the means of securing your booking, and the balance is to be paid by the due date highlighted in your booking. The agency has a cancellation policy for bookings: cancellations in good time are due to a partial refund; there will be no refunds if you cancel too close to the travel date.

You are responsible for ensuring you have correct and appropriate documents (passport, visa, permits) whilst on a guided service, and notify us in advance of any medically related conditions and/or dietary allergies. We recommend that you take out travel insurance in advance of your trip with us. You must follow your guide’s instructions, show respect of all sites visited, and ensure that you take care of your belongings.

The agency does not take responsibility for loss, theft or accidents, and will not be liable for delays or other changes to scheduled services for any reason outside of the agencies control. We may alter tours if we do not believe it is safe, or is operationally feasible to do so.

Your personal information will be used for the purpose of confirmation of legitimate booking and will otherwise be held confidentially in accordance with the privacy laws of Peru

These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Peru, and any dispute hereby will be determined by the law courts of Cusco.
